Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and requirements to design effective Odoo solutions.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules, including CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, and more, to align with client needs.
- Provide expertise in Odoo module functionality, including Invoicing, Expenses, PLM, Purchase, Maintenance, Quality, Project, Timesheet, Field Service, Helpdesk, Planning, and Appointment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge business needs with Odoo capabilities.
- Lead the implementation of Odoo systems, including data migration, testing, and user training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo modules and workflows.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization for Odoo systems post-implementation.
- Document system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and updates to provide innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Odoo System Analyst or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Odoo modules, including:
- CRM, Sales, Accounting, Invoicing, Expenses
- Inventory, Manufacturing, PLM, Purchase, Maintenance, Quality
- Project, Timesheet, Field Service, Helpdesk, Planning, Appointment, HR
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows across various industries.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Odoo modules to meet specific business needs.
- Proficiency in analyzing and documenting business requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Skilled in system documentation and familiar with system design tools.
Nice to Have:
- Having Experience as a Developer minimum 1 year is advatange.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
